Host
If you are interested in participating as a host to one or several persons for the duration of the Conference, please fill in the Registration Form. We ask that the questionnaire be returned at the latest by April 24th, 1998. We will keep you regularly updated and hope to provide you with more information on your request as of May 15th, 1998. We will also invite all hosts to an orientation evening where more details on the programme will be provided.Participants
If you are interested in applying for housing as a participant of the World AIDS Conference, please fill-in the Registration Form-p. We request that the questionnaire be returned at the latest by May 4th, 1998. Please note that each person (companion, carer, etc.) desiring accomodation must fill out an individual form. We anticipate responding to your housing request by the second week of June. It is important to note that this is a programme for partial or non-scholarship participants. We can only provide a limited number of accomodations, we therfore suggest that alternative accomodation be found in the event that your request cannot be filled.
